Established in 2018, SEDR Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency offering technical recruitment experts to the Civil Engineering Sector with sector specific expertise in Highways, Earthworks, Quarrying, Remediation, Geo-Environmental, Geotechnical and Land Surveying.

With our head office in Staffordshire we are strategically located, having excellent transport links to all our clients and candidates Nationwide.

Our teams provide Permanent and Freelance white collar recruitment services to a multitude of companies, large and small, within the Civil Engineering sector.

Our goal is to provide a better experience for our clients by being able to offer a specialist recruiter that understands the market and the specialist sector they operate. Someone who is passionate about their role, and in helping you find the best talent available.

Our specialist recruiters are in constant contact with clients and candidates. Speaking daily about different projects that they are in the process of securing, what candidates they may be in the market for and what it's like to work for them.

With over 30 years of combined experience we know if the client/candidate is right for you and we can give you first hand knowledge of our experience of working with them prior to any interviews taking place. (If we didn't think you were a good fit we wouldn't put you both in touch).
